Rediscover the trees of the Lowcountry with the exhibit Still Standing, The Beauty of Southern Trees by GaryMullane this August at Art League Gallery. Gary’s relationship with trees began over forty years ago.
Gayle Miller, a watercolor artist and president of The Society of Bluffton Artists, and veteran jazz singer Jan Spencer are teaming up for a special art exhibition and concert at the gallery on the corner of Church and Calhoun Street in Old Town Bluffton.
The Society of Bluffton Artists (SoBA) presents “Side By Side,” an art exhibit that explores photography and its mixed media interpretation July 2 - August 5 at the SoBA gallery, located at 6 Church Street in Old Town Bluffton. An opening reception is scheduled from 3-5 p.m. July 8 at the gallery.
"Learn from the same artist who gave portraiture lessons to President George W. Bush,” says Amy Wehrman, Art League Academy Manager. "This is a rare opportunity to explore portrait drawing in soft pastel medium with Professor Vilas Tonape, an internationally recognized artist and teacher."
