The Threshold Singers of the Lowcountry host a Community Sing/Concert featuring Heather Houston.

 
Pat Keown first heard Heather Houston sing when she attended an international gathering of Threshold Singers in California, just over a year ago.

            “I was so touched by her voice and her spirit,” says Pat, “and I thought what a gift it would be to bring her here to Beaufort.”

The Dataw Historic Foundation is thrilled to announce the release of its new book, Dataw, No Ordinary Place, a 112-page limited edition detailing the rich history of Dataw with over 200 images published locally by Lydia Inglett Publishing.

“Bright lights, movement, and the fun of people enjoying it! That’s what this show is all about,” explains local artist Nancy Mitchell. “My family has attended the carnival in Savannah for the last 25 years, and I have been planning this show in my head from year one!”
