Local Students Win Top Photography Awards

Each year, the Photography Club of Beaufort encourages all local high school and home schooled students to submit their very best nature photograph in a competition created to honor the memory of Dale Westcott.
Since 2000, Art League of Hilton Head has awarded an annual scholarship in the amount of $2000 to a graduating high school senior who is studying or living on Hilton Head Island and attending a local high school. This year the applicants who were interviewed were of such high caliber that Art League awarded two scholarships of $1,250 each.
