The Wardle Family YMCA of Beaufort County invites you to its'€™ 8^th Annual Boots and Bling Fundraiser & Silent Auction presented by CBC National Bank, to be held on Saturday, October 14 from 6 -€“ 10 pm at Tabby Place in downtown Beaufort.

"I am thrilled to be bringing CONRACK, our musical adaptation of The Water Is Wide, to the stage in Beaufort, Pat Conroy'€™s adopted home town,"€ says Granville Wyche Burgess, bookwriter and lyricist for the musical and director of The Beaufort Theatre Company production of CONRACK.

"Watercolor is a challenging but fun medium! We will explore various techniques for rendering landscapes, still lifes and figures and other subjects from either classroom set-ups or photos. All levels of artists will benefit from and enjoy this workshop," says Jan Ross, award-winning Daufuskie Island artist and instructor. Ross will hold a 3-day watercolor workshop for students of all levels at Art League Academy in October.
