The Beaufort Art Association is featuring the work of the Fiber Artists of Beaufort (FAB) during the months of January and February. Participating artists are Sandra Atkins, Eileen Berchem, Laura Burcin, Margo Duke, Barbara James, Sari Kandel, Kim Keats, Laurie Lovell, Linda Patalive and Cynthia Zeiss.
Art League Seeks Artists for National Juried Exhibition

Art League of Hilton Head invites artists to enter the 2019Biennale, its 26th National Juried Exhibition, held every other year across multiple media types. Over $5000 in cash prizes will be awarded. All works of art selected by jurors will be on display at Art League Gallery.
Award-winning artist and visiting Boston native, Neil Rizos, will hold a 2-day workshop in January titled Learning to See for Drawing, Painting and Sculpture in January. In this studio workshop, held at Art League Academy, Rizos will help students focus on accurately seeing the subject matter that inspires their artwork.
Three Bluffton High School art students will display drawings, photography and paintings at The Society of Bluffton Artists (SoBA) gallery from January 7-February 3. An opening reception is scheduled from 3-5 p.m. Sunday, January 13 at the gallery, located in Old Town Bluffton. This event is free and open to the public.
Art League of Hilton Head announces Anything Goes!, the 2019 annual member show. The entire gallery will be devoted to the best new works from Art League's exhibiting members. Artworks in all media will be on display and for sale and truly, anything goes!
Columbia award-winning artist Ron Weathers will present a two-day watercolor workshop January 11 & 12. Hosted by the Beaufort Art Association (BAA), the workshop will be held at The Retreat on Lady’s Island, 9 Sunset Blvd. Designed to be fun and inspirational for beginners and intermediate artists, the program is $125 for BAA members and $150 for non-members.
