The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Lowcountryis excited to present South Carolina’s very own singer-songwriter Angela Easterling in concert on March 24.
Now on display at the USC-Beaufort Center for the Arts are works by three Beaufort artists who have been friends for over 20 years. The show, on view at the center until April 2, promises to captivate all visitors because of its variety in styles, mediums, and subject matter.
The Beaufort Arts Council and Adams Outdoor Advertising will host a public reception to congratulate the 2016-2017 ArtPop Beaufort Winners on March 23, 2017 from 6pm-8pm at the Port Royal Sound Foundation’s Maritime Center, located at 310 Okatie Highway in Okatie, SC.

A famous quip among musicians is that performing the music of Mozart “is too easy for children and too difficult for adults.” With reasonably conscientious practice most of the notes can be learned. The problem lies in their very simplicity because every performance smudge or inaccuracy stands out in bold relief.
