It’s becoming harder for us to keep our Lowcountry treasures to ourselves. One of those treasures is the diverse, dynamic performing arts climate that has developed here, along with our varied communities of discriminating residents who seek out a range of high-quality live entertainment close to home. Fripp Friends Of Music has been a force behind that vibrant Lowcountry entertainment atmosphere, making Fripp an “Island of Music,” fall, winter and spring, for over three decades!
Enjoy an evening of a cappella singing of Plantation Melodies and Negro Spirituals performed by South Carolina's Musical and Cultural Ambassadors, The Hallelujah Singers, under the direction of Dr. Marlena Smalls.
BACH-FEST 2015, celebrating the legacy, theology, and music of Johann Sebastian Bach, features six concerts this November at multiple venues in Beaufort and Hilton Head Island. Presented by the Low Country Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, this second annual Bach Fest presents 3 sets of concerts intended to be both informative and audience-pleasing.
USCB Center for the Arts is proud to be hosting Joshua Carswell, a vocalist that brings along with him an incredible take on the Great American Songbook, to the main stage on Sunday, October 18th, 2015 at 3:00 pm.
